Shipping Policy

HALONEON (“we” and “our”) operates the website https://www.haloneon.com/. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms outlined below, which are designed to ensure mutual understanding and protect the interests of both parties.


1. General Information

Our offers are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory records, discrepancies may occur. If any items are unavailable when you place your order, we will ship the available products and contact you to decide whether you would like to wait for a restock or opt for a refund.


2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. The total shipping cost will be finalized at the time of purchase.

We offer two delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping with FEDEX or DHL: Free
  • Express Shipping with FEDEX or DHL: €59

3. Returns

3.1 Returns for Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving the item, provided the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in a resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who must arrange their own transportation. Refunds will be issued as store credit for your next purchase. This process will be communicated via email. HALONEON will refund the value of the returned items but not the shipping costs.

3.2 Returns Under Warranty

All our products are warranted against breakage and failure for a period of one year. Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer but will be reimbursed if the warranty claim is approved. After receiving the items, HALONEON will process your request within 7 days. Once the warranty is confirmed, you can choose between:
(a) A refund to your payment method
(b) Store credit
(c) A replacement item (subject to availability)


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Times

Shipments within SIngapore typically take 2–7 days after a production time of 3–7 days.

4.2 International Transit Times

International orders usually take 4–22 days, depending on the chosen carrier. A more precise estimate will be provided at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days following a production period of 3–7 days. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delays beyond our control may occasionally occur, and we cannot guarantee delivery times.

4.4 Address Changes

Address changes can be made prior to order dispatch.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, it will be canceled and refunded while the rest of your order is shipped.

4.8 Delivery Delays

If delivery delays occur, please contact us so we can investigate.


5. Tracking Notifications

Once shipped, a tracking link will be provided so you can monitor your shipment with real-time carrier updates.


6. Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our customer service team. If the package was delivered in your absence, contact us for further instructions.


7. Duties and Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

In accordance with self-employed business regulations, the prices on our website are displayed excluding taxes (HT). As a self-employed business, we are not subject to VAT, meaning the displayed amount is the final amount with no added VAT.

7.2 Import Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be required upon arrival. HALONEON recommends checking these costs before placing your order. If you refuse to pay these duties, the goods will be returned to HALONEON at the customer’s expense, and a refund for the value of the goods will be issued, less the return shipping fees.


8. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted at any time before the order is shipped, except for personalized products. For orders already shipped, please refer to our refund policy.


9. Insurance

Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value declared by the carrier.

9.1 Damaged Packages in Transit

We will offer a refund or replacement once the carrier has completed their investigation.

9.2 Lost Packages in Transit

We will offer a refund or replacement once the carrier has confirmed the package is lost.
